I am a mother of 4 beautiful children, ages 16, 14, 7, and 1.  Although they stress me out, they also are my source of happiness.  I enjoy watching them grow and thrive in their environment.  I also enjoy watching them compete in the various sports they play and taking them to new places for vacation.

Aside from my personal life, I am a 12 year teacher of Special Education and teach in an urban school district.  I earned both a Bachelor's degree, BA, in Psychology and a Master's degree, MEd, in Special Education.

Writing has always been a passion of mine and when I was younger served as an outlet for my problems.  I enjoy writing on a multitude of topics and similarly like to interact with other people.  After all, how can we learn all there is to know about life if we don't learn from others.
